In the Introduction Text Strategy, you’ll discover how to work with the TPF (Text Preparation Form), the digital tool for applying text strategy.
You also get to have an explanation of these statements:
- text strategy is an addition to education and writing courses
- approaching a text from the ‘inside’ leads to gains in time and quality
- most of the editing we do is investing time at the wrong moment (too late)
Text strategy for powerful words
Discover how text strategy helps you prepare a text, making the reader feel valued, understood, or heard. A text with a message in which the reader recognizes himself or his problem. The reader is happy with the content and the amount of information. He gets answers to his questions and knows what to do. This makes it easier for you as a writer to reach your goal.
You will be introduced to a new approach to writing, different from what you have learned at primary school. Most people experience text strategy as an eye-opener. Text strategy is first thinking and recording your choices, then writing. This ensures focussed discussions at the right moment. You document your choices by using the TPF tool. This way of preparing a text concerns all text types, in every language.
This approach makes the reader happy with short, clear texts and brings the writer’s goals closer. The approach saves us all a lot of time, stress, and money.
As a paying participant, you will receive personal advice about your texts or the texts in your work or study environment, afterward in an extra Zoom session of approximately 1 hour.
You decide whether you want to participate in a Zoom Workshop for FREE (without e-book, e-learning, and personal advice) or PAID.
Focus on the inside of a text
The method, ‘Three Steps to Powerful Words’ is based on principles that focus on the ‘inside’ (invisible choices) of a text instead of the ‘outside’ (visible sentences and words). Using text strategy you’ll discover why texts are not effective and learn how to tackle that problem.
Immediately after your payment, you’ll receive links to download TPF and e-book. Information to start the e-learning will be sent to you by email.

Who is this workshop interesting for?
You know from experience how much hassle a ‘just as quickly’ written e-mail message can cause. You want to put an end to unclear communication and the ‘endless pieces of text’ that we all (as writers and readers) lose a lot of precious time with. Our texts often contain superfluous, unclear, or incorrect information.
Text strategy is the solution. Text strategy provides guidance and pleasure in the production of powerful texts. Texts that make the reader happy and with which you achieve your goal. This involves preparing, assessing, analyzing, improving, and outsourcing all types of text, in every language.
